CLASS PACKS

By purchasing a class pack from eightlimb, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable Purchase All class pack purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use classes before expiry

We recommend only purchasing a pack if you are confident you can use it within the expiry period.

Class Pack Expiry Each class pack has a set expiry period, please note this timeframe on the website or Momence app before purchasing pack.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Classes must be booked in advance via the Momence app, this can be done right up until class start time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 before the class start time to receive your credit back. This is done through the Momence app, please do not text, call or email to cancel a class.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pack.

Transfers Class packs may be transferred to another customer under special circumstances. Please contact us to discuss further.

Changes to Schedule or Instructor We reserve the right to modify the class schedule or substitute instructors as needed. No refunds will be issued due to such changes.

MEMBERSHIP

By joining the membership at eightlimb, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Period A minimum of three months is required for signing up to the unlimited membership.

Auto-Renewal Memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled through the Momence app prior to the next billing cycle, or in writing via email at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. 

Unlimited Class Access You have unlimited bookings per month to mat classes which include Mat Pilates, all Yoga Classes, Sculpt and Barre. Excludes Reformer classes.

Hold Policy You may put your membership on hold twice per 12 month period for a minimum of two weeks at a time. Please contact hello@eightlimb.nz to place on hold at least 3 days in advance.

Booking, Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $4 charge

Amendments The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or at the Studio.

Transfers The membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the account.

GENERAL

No Late Entry Policy We lock our door at the start of class for health & safety reasons and minimising class disruptions for a better customer experience.

Health and Wellbeing By participating in classes, you acknowledge that you are in suitable physical condition and that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries or health conditions prior to class. We recommend seeking medical advice before beginning any new fitness program.

Privacy Policy The Studio respects customers privacy. Personal information collected during the registration will be kept confidential.

Mutual Respect We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour of any kind, whether toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated.
