Our signature reformer pilates class is a dynamic full body workout, where function meets flow and classic meets modern. With a special emphasis on building strength, a strong core and muscle endurance + tone.
This body conditioning class will provide the deep burn, full body shakes and all the good vibes!
All levels welcome: layers + options are provided to tailor the exercise to your needs. We are a boutique studio with six reformers so we can offer everyone assistance when needed.
Pregnancy friendly: we welcome all trimesters into our classes! It is recommended that you have done reformer or pilates prior, however contact us before signing up and let us know about you and your journey.
If you are completely new:aim to arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so you can have a run through on the machine. We lock the door at class start time.
